As I promised in class earlier this week, here is the clip that reminds me of The Trail.
In the clip, a young videographer is forced into marrying a woman he doesn't know. I believe the tactics used to make him wed the stranger are as ludicrous as the charges brought against K.
Do you agree?
I loved your bog!! It's so different than the usual and also brings up great points. K. does seem as thought he is being tricked into believing he did something wrong when he didn't. It makes me wonder if by the end of the novel he will actually do something because he is so frustrated and annoyed at what is going on. The human mind is incredible in the way that it can be twisted and manipulated. It's intriguing to take both of these works and compare them to what we may become witness to even today.
